Superior Walls of America, Ltd. was founded in 1981 by Lancaster County home builder Mel Zimmerman after years of research and development on a precast foundation system. The system was designed to eliminate age-old problems of home building while providing a quick and easy way to build better and dry basements.

Constructed in 2024, our facility is located at 2512 Lockheed Drive in Bismarck, ND. The 32,000 Sq Ft facility houses the forms needed to construct the walls, an interior storage area to store the walls once they have been poured, an interior batch plant to mix the concrete, outdoor bins to store/separate the aggregate for mixing the conc
Constructed in 2024, our facility is located at 2512 Lockheed Drive in Bismarck, ND. The 32,000 Sq Ft facility houses the forms needed to construct the walls, an interior storage area to store the walls once they have been poured, an interior batch plant to mix the concrete, outdoor bins to store/separate the aggregate for mixing the concrete, an area to store the raw materials, crimping stations, framing stations, indoor bins for aggregate and a hot wire cutting machine area, as well as an area for storing the completed, but not yet delivered foundation walls.

Our Facility
At Superior Walls of North Dakota we build, sell and install the Xi Plus wall panels, (Xi plus = eXtra Insulation) which are manufactured in our quality-controlled factory by our specially trained crews. The environment of our facility ensures each foundation system is built with precision and consistency throughout the entire production
At Superior Walls of North Dakota we build, sell and install the Xi Plus wall panels, (Xi plus = eXtra Insulation) which are manufactured in our quality-controlled factory by our specially trained crews. The environment of our facility ensures each foundation system is built with precision and consistency throughout the entire production process. Our Superior Walls panels feature concrete stud facings for ease of drywall installation along with built-in holes for wiring and plumbing. The built-in concrete studs allow room for the installation of additional insulation in the wall cavity if desired. Superior WAlls of North Dakota products will ensure all finished foundations/basements will be dry and energy-efficient, adding valuable living space, at an affordable price to every new home.
