Set-Up
Job Purpose: Pack forms with studs, foam, and metals.
Duties: Pack forms, install blue board, finish brick ledge, restock carts.
Requirements: Ability to push 80-pound cart.
Concrete work
Job Purpose: Manufacture concrete wall panels.
Duties: Oil tables, gather tools, rake and vibrate concrete, clean up.
Requirements: Move equipment up to 80-pounds.
Carpentry Work
Job Purpose: Build frames for window and door openings.
Duties: Prepare prints, build and set frames, nail frame, operate forklift, perform inventory.
Requirements: Read tape measure, interpret prints, operate nail gun and table saw.
Layout Work
Job Purpose: Layout forms as per CAD print.
Duties:Close form doors, clean forms, layout prints, move metals.
Trucking Work
-We will provide training for CDL required courses
-Must be willing to help haul finished product to superior walls job sites.
Requirements: Read tape measure, interpret prints, operate forklift, lift 100 lbs.
Physical Requirements:
- Bending, stooping, pushing/pulling, lifting.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Ability to work long days and stand on concrete for extended periods.
PLANT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production goals are met with the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes and standards.
- Manage and lead a diverse team, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to optimize production and supply chain effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain plant equipment and infrastructure, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with all safety regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage the plant budget, including cost controls and resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the concrete or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment, technical expertise, and knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficient in budgeting, business planning, and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and overseeing operational processes on the plant floor.

LEAD WALL FOREMAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the set crew for the installation of Superior Walls products, ensuring adherence to our guidelines and standards.
- Responsible for site preparation a day before the actual installation, including assessing and organizing the site conditions.
- Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are prepared and in optimal condition for site work.
- Proficient in crane hand signaling to assist in the accurate and safe setting of wall panels.
- Set up and align string lines to mark exact placement locations for walls.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a wall foreman or a similar leadership role in construction, specifically with precast concrete walls.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of crane operations and hand signaling for construction purposes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills for site preparation and tooling management.
- Good physical condition to work in various outdoor conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
-Will pay for you to get CDL training for hauling the walls
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
